Artist Statement:
His work centers on the theme of “light”, using color as the main language to express it. This light is not only visual but also spiritual, symbolizing hope and inner illumination. Through balanced and orderly use of color, he avoids figurative forms, creating a space that transcends time and place, conveying spiritual strength and emotional calm.
He believes that the present moment is most worth cherishing, aiming to turn fleeting feelings into something eternal. On canvas, changing light becomes relatively permanent, carrying his deepest life experiences and spiritual expressions, transforming them into energy.
His works always have a quiet, pure, and timeless quality, achieved through layered color techniques combining oil and acrylic. Each transparent layer shifts hue while preserving traces beneath, creating unpredictable results until the desired light appears.
For him, painting is a process of revealing light, full of unexpected discoveries, just like life—where every surprise is both a challenge and an opportunity for renewal.
