1. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are as listed on the website at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments (depending on your region). Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
2. Limited Edition Prints
Our artworks are sold as limited-edition fine art prints. Each piece is produced using a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. Prints are not individually numbered or signed, and certificates of authenticity are not provided, in order to maintain affordability. Every print is produced under the supervision of the artist to ensure quality.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure timely delivery, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of limited-edition artworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 asianartistsartworks@outlook.com for assistance.
5. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Asian Artists and the respective artists. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission. Purchasing a print does not grant ownership of the copyright; it grants the right to possess and display the purchased physical print for personal use.
6. Limitation of Liability
Asian Artists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected artwork.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
